The client is a Southern California-based leading auto-finance provider that offers simple, affordable, hassle-free financial services to its dealers and customers.

The Client Requirement

The client was using various silo applications for its different business processes. Some processes were also carried out manually. The client intended to enhance business and operational efficiency by automating its end-to-end business processes right from the Loan Origination System to Customer Financing Services. The requirement also included the integration of various silo applications bought by the client, including DEFI Solutions, JIRA Cloud, Auto-Faith Customers & Loan Management Tool, etc. with the help of cutting-edge digital technologies like Cloud, Mobility and Analytics. The business requirement mandated the process automation using the microservices of the AWS Cloud technology.

The client required the right expertise to develop a secured, robust, cost-effective and scalable solution to automate business processes and reduce manual efforts.


The business requirement was diverse and unique and the client needed a range of solutions for automating its complete business flow that was managed by discrete applications and manual processes. Some of these processes include customer communication management after loan approval, payments reminder, payment reconciliation, building data repository and many more.
